Over the past 20 years, Varsity Communities has developed a specialization in the facilities management and resident life experience of student communities in Canada. Our focus has consistently been to create living spaces that foster academic excellence, resident well-being, and tight alignment with the long-term goals of institutional partners. Varsity has graduated more than 25,000 residents from its Canadian communities. Our team has successfully completed the initial lease-up of 4,500 beds of new student housing development, with an additional 2,400 beds of new student housing development in our pipeline before the end of 2027. The Varsity team has grown in size and skill into one of Canada’s premiere student housing operators, responsible for over $2.1 Billion in real estate.
